My experience at IB Luxe was amazing to say the least. This was my first time having my brows done by Ivy and I left my appointment loving how they looked. The environment was calm and relaxing and Ivy was courteous and professional throughout the entire experience. She walked me through what she was doing and what to expect next, which made me feel very comfortable.

With very little eyebrow hair to work with, she really did her thing! The results were amazing and I also received a cute little aftercare package with instructions to help maintain my brows. Overall, such a lovely first experience with Ivy and I’m definitely happy with my results!

The experience was amazing this was my 3rd time doing a Brazilian wax and it was the most comforting and relaxing experience. The attention to detail and the care given was amazing. The environment was clean and welcoming, music was smoothing, not too loud. I loved that she was thoughtful and had complimentary water and snacks for customers which really makes the experience feel well though out. Overall I'd say 10/10. Thanks for an amazing experience.

Everything about the service was excellent. The space was clean, comfortable, and welcoming. I explained my past experiences and the look I was hoping to achieve, and she listened carefully and understood exactly what I wanted. I am completely satisfied with my brows. She also made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire service. I will definitely be booking again!
